EditEngine does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information. We do not require you to create an account or log in to use any features.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect your name, email, payment info, location data, device identifiers, or browsing history.

3. Third-Party Services

EditEngine integrates with YouTube / Google APIs to stream audio, and Google Fonts for the interface. These services operate under their own privacy policies.

4. Cookies

EditEngine itself does not use cookies. Third-party services embedded in the app may set their own cookies manageable through your browser settings.

5. Children's Privacy

EditEngine is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

6. Changes

Any updates to this policy will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. No Affiliation with ByteDance

EditEngine is an independent project, not affiliated with ByteDance Ltd. or its CapCut software in any way.

3. Use of the Service

Use EditEngine for lawful purposes only. Do not reverse engineer, redistribute the app, or infringe on intellectual property rights of others.

4. Audio Content & Licensing

Audio is provided for personal creative use only. You must credit the original artist. You may not redistribute, sell, or claim ownership of downloaded audio.

5. Third-Party Content

Streamed content is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for availability or legality of third-party content.

6. Disclaimer

EditEngine is provided "as is" without warranties. Use is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

The creators of EditEngine are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
